What can I use it for?+
It is yours. A guest house, a rental, a studio, extra keys for a property you already run. What your town allows on your land is confirmed on the call.
How is it different from white label?+
White label is a hotel: our suites and our five-star operation, under your name, with revenue shared. The Collection is a suite you own outright and run however you like. No brand, no operation, no revenue share.
What does it cost?+
The Collection starts at $49,000. Each piece is priced for your order, by model, finish and options, and confirmed in the agreement.
Does it need foundations or permits?+
No foundations: it rests on a self-leveling base and can leave without a trace. Permits and site work are usually yours; we can take them on for a fee.
How long does it take?+
About three months off the shelf. Bespoke pieces within about six months of the approved design. The date for your order is confirmed in the agreement.
