HOW IS MOLIVING DIFFERENT FROM A TINY HOME?


Moliving Suites are built to be larger, longer, and more luxurious than a Tiny Home. Tiny Homes are often built as accessory dwelling units (“ADU”) whereas the Moliving Suites are built with the intention of operating as a Joint Venture partner with land owners, national parks, campgrounds... Being tailor-made for the hospitality segment, Moliving Suites do not have a kitchen and are built with sustainable materials to obtain our objective where we live in a world in which hotels are inspiring, luxurious, tailor-made, and enhance the surrounding environment, and do not consume its resources.

CAN I PURCHASE A SINGLE MOLIVING SUITE?


Moliving Suites are not available to purchase, they are only available as part of our Joint Venture Program, this allows Moliving to provide guests a seamless 5-star experience.

 

WHAT DOES A JV PARTNERSHIP ENTAIL?

 

A JV partnership with Moliving entails a symbiotic relationship where:


- Land partners (potentially you!) provide land and the minor permanent infrastructure, such as common areas (Food and Beverage Operations, Spa, Pool…) as well as infrastructure (utility hookups). 


- Moliving provides all the services that a true 5 star hotel manager has available such as: the operations, reservation system, branding… but also provides the flexible inventory: the Moliving Suites.

 

This results in reduced development costs for land partners as well as a reduced timeline (generally around 12 months). In exchange for its services, Moliving will receive a profit split.  

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF SUITES FOR A PARTNERSHIP?


Moliving focuses on exceptional locations with high barriers of entry. Moliving’s team does not have a set number of minimum requirement for any given Joint Venture Partnership, but prioritizes locations with a minimum available space for 50 suites.

Moliving Suites are proudly built in the United States of America with proximity materials in order to reduce our carbon footprint and protect the nature that serves as our backdrop.

ARE MOLIVING SUITE CUSTOMISABLE?


Moliving Suites are tailored to the location where they are being placed and can be quickly reconfigured in order to adapt to its new locale.

HOW DO YOU MOVE THE SUITES?


It is as simple as 1,2,3! Moliving suites can be moved via land, sea, or even air to your hotel site. Moliving has partnered with local controlled manufacturing plants, as well as sustainable transport companies in order to reduce our carbon footprint and increase our delivery efficiencies.

ARE MOLIVING SUITES SUSTAINABLE?


Yes! Built with many recycled and eco-friendly materials, we are protecting our environment by implementing sustainable alternatives to harmful practices. Moliving Suites are designed and developed in house, under one roof, and manufactured in local factories with sustainable proximity materials in order to reduce our carbon footprint. The Moliving Team works closely with PWC’s Sustainability Department in order to adjust fabrication methods to efficiently minimize our impact on the environment. Moliving is working diligently to become the world’s first zero impact hotel operator.

CAN MOLIVING SUITES FUNCTION OFF THE GRID? 


Yes! Moliving Suites come equipped with solar panels and water recycling capabilities. Using the "off the grid" setting, Moliving Suites can be fully self-sufficient for extended periods of time. Alternatively they can be easily connected to the host property in a matter of minutes.

CAN THE SUITES BE SET UP ANYWHERE?


Yes! Our self-leveling system allows us to position the suites on any terrain, even untouched or sloped land. The self-leveling system comes standard within the Moliving Suite which allows the suites to be removed at any time, without leaving a trace!
